Ich habe mich via LinkedIn beworben. Unmittelbar hat mir jemanden von HHRR in Verbindung gesetzt, um einen Termin für ein erste Phone Interview mit jemandem von HHRR Luxembourg anzubieten. Erste Phone Interview war positiv, typische Amazon Fragen und Verfahren. Danach hatten mir zu einem zweiten telefonischen Gespräch eingeladen. Terminliche Flexibilität, sowie beim ersten. Dies war mit dem Entscheider (Head of Building Construction, Europe). Auch typische Amazon Verfahren. Alles in Ordnung, abgesagt aber.

3 stage - first stage stage with recruitment team, second with the hiring manager and final stage x5 separate 30 min interviews all touching upon separate amazon leadership principles. Both time consuming process and difficult.

3 stage interview process: Stage 1 - with recruiter Stage 2 - with Hiring Manager Stage 3 - 5 separate interviews of about 30-45mins with various managers. This was all together so very tough and mentally tiring.
