I had a phone interview that went well but disappointed with the feedback I received e.g no feedback at all not even a nice email just a 1 line rejection that went to my junk.

I have applied to the job in April 2021, received work style online assessments afterwards. Then my recruiter scheduled the first phone screen with the RC Lead, which I passed and was scheduled for a loop interview with different team members spread across Luxembourg, London and Settle. Total of 5 interviews, one hour each. Very strong focus on the 14 Leadership principle from the start of the process. the interviews were really friendly and nice. You could join the virtual prep lounge as well if you have any questions regarding the interview process.
Focus on your role in the scenario and use the STAR method to structure your answers. Try not to repeat the scenario with different interviewers, and if you had to use " I have just used this example with X, but I think it is relevant here as well because ....."

Interview
Recruiter reached out through email. Then went through 2 phone calls and a video interview before an in person in Seattle. In person consisted of 6 interviews in one day including a lunch. Very professional and on time.
