Two rounds of interviews. One telephone and one video. Lengthy loop of interviews in a day which is overwhelming and intimidating, although some of the staff were comforting. I can never anticipate the results. Presentation topic guidelines weren't clear.

2 stages - First stage a screen-call (just audio), second is a video-call with a senior and a junior member of the team, then in the same loop a specialised person in the position you are applying for will raise the bar trying to squeeze as much information about you as possible in accordance to the Amazon principles.
