Applied online and was contacted 2 weeks later. 3 stages interview and the last stage was a full day with various managers (this was not necessary as you spend a whole day interviewing and you don't get a detailed feed back on why you haven't been successful. The love data and numbers and they don't care about transferable skills as long as you can answer the robotic Amazon leadership questions.

4 interview pods with 2-3 interviewers. You are asked to describe times in your career where you embodied the leadership principles. During each pod, you have to provide 1-2 examples for 2 of the principles the interviewer gives.

Interview
After the recruiter screening, there was the online test for culture fit, a writing exercies and then two zoom interviews. All in all a pretty standard process and the steps were scheduled in a timely manner.
