The interview was very technical. They use the star method. My interviewer spent 10 minutes talking about himself and his positions. They were looking more for personality characteristics rather than previous experience in the workplace. A lot of questions around “what would you do if”.

Bad Experience; Hiring manager told me ‘from your past experiences, I understand you expect your job being sitting on a chair; This is not’. It was arrogant and not open

This process was to long and tedious. There was a culturally bias assessment. Interview with 5 Different people and Overall the process was too long and arduous for the pay!

Interviews can seem difficult though follow the STAR method for all answers and always use data. Also knowledge of the leadership principles is a plus and incorporate them in your examples .
