Amazon recruitment starts with Phone screening and once cleared candidate will proceed with loop interviews. Loop interview will be either in person or video call depending on interviewer and candidate current location

There are lots of steps... 1 interview to get to know you (1h), 1 interview to cast if you're ready for the role technically (1h) and then a final set of 5 interviews (1h each!!!) in which they deep dive in your technical on the field skills, you meet the manager and the N+2... These 5 interviews may happen in one day so brace yourself!!
