Profesional, puntual, amigable.

Todo es siempre por telefono, es decir, no fue video llamada, ni presencial.
En espanol primero, despues en ingles.
Al final tambien dan tips para la segunda entrevista.
Multiple interviews including problem analysis. They asked me to solve multiple problems relation to adherence, service levels and attrition. Fairly standard questions for real time management position. They did ask me how i was able to compute for it and asked me to show my solutions
The interview process is interesting and it removes hiring bias, you will undergoing sets of interview, also the set of interviewers are diverse and are knowledgeable of the hiring process that Amazon is implementing network wide
