I submitted my cover letter and resume in one PDF to a friend who forwarded that to the internal referral system and applied online as well.
I received an email and set up a phone screening which was not too difficult. Questions about my resume and making sure I could fit the position. I didn't hear back for a couple weeks then I got an email to set up a final round interview on site.
The first interview had a lot of open ended questions. How did you get here? What questions do you have about the position or the culture?
Do your homework and know the leadership principles and have stories ready.

Applied first directly on the site. Then there was one interview, another interview, and the final 'Loop' which is 4 (roughly an hour-long) interviews back to back. The process took around 2.5 months in total and provided little feedback throughout.

STAR format is everything. They care a ton about data. Do research on their leadership principles. The scenario questions they ask will be centered around these principles. Also do research on AWS and the cloud service and what it offers to their clients.
