The process includes one written essay and two 45 minutes interview.
The essay has two questions but you only need to reply one.
Each interview has two behavioural questions based on leadership principals.

It consisted of two rounds, each scheduled for 45 minutes. The second interview exceeded the allotted time. One was with a Senior Operations Manager and the other with a Manager.
Online Assessment only. I don't feel it's hard, yet clearly, I am not the type of person they are looking for. All questions are based on Amazon's principles and some behavior questions. There are paid practice questions online.

The recruiter pushed through my application. 2 interviewers - One was more basic and the last one was corporate and asking the tough questions. Basic one was asking about my experience and how I would approach certain situaitons
