      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Amazon in Jul 2021

      Interview

Phone screen with senior credit analyst, mix of behavioral questions as they relate to Amazon's leadership principles and tricky situational questions as well. Lasted one hour interview, was not easy. Rejection one hour after the phone interview was very quick and hasty. Did not show well on the company's behalf.

      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon

      Interview

One of the best interviews I've had. The interviewer was very down to earth and energetic. Unlike some interviews where the interviewer just kept moving on to the next question, my interviewer shared what they are looking for with examples and great details. It was more like a conversation instead of a standard phone screen.
