I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Munich, Bavaria)
Interview
Everything was around the Leadership Principles of Amazon PLUS 2 case questions. I had 2-30 min phone interviews and after that they invited for 4 1:1 interviews. Most of the interviewers were managers/ directors and one from HR. As everyone said you should be prepared with examples for each principle. Also, read the basic services of Amazon because they could ask a simple case question "how you will convince a supplier to cooperate with Amazon, what are the benefits" etc
