First you have a design project. Scenario Based
Second 1 hour Phone interview
Comprises of Technical and behavioral questions

There are apparently other stages that include and onsite interview.

The recruiter called first for 30 mins analysis of background and profile review. Next they scheduled a technical phone call for approx 30-40 minutes .they only want to assess if you are able to handle the basic network and computer troubleshooting issues with the client.
