Interview
It was a straight forward process. The interview was more about my availability and right to work. After the interview you sent a test that is more on your ethics on stealing, drugs, violence, etc. After passing the test you progress to the next stage to bring in your right to work documents.

What days would you like to work? If I have a preference for day or night shift?
Clean and simple process. Drug test was included but it is required for the job. Training was involved and lasted about a week for me to pass all the operations tasks.

Interview
None. There is no interview. You simply accept the offer presented and show up for the orientation process. You have to take assessments and drug screen and they do background check.
Applied online, there was no interview. You schedule a walk in date. That's where they will take your forms of ID and drug test you. If everything comes back good, you're hired.
