I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon in Oct 2020
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on my University's Handshake and encouraged me to apply. Within a month or so I heard back saying they would like to schedule me for an interview, which consisted of two 45 min ish video interviews with two employees. I remember one was a site lead and the other might have also been an area manager or senior manager.
They asked about my experiences with the STAR method. One interview is focused more on a scenario and you have to respond.

Interview
There were 2 consecutive interviews for the area manager internship position. Both of the interviews asked basic personality and leadership questions, the interviewers were very friendly and both interviews were about 15 minutes long.

Interview
Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.
