Very professional process, high pressure interview with multiple interviews in a row. I had the impression it was mostly a fair process. However, one person that interviewed me seemed to not be aware of my resume until the interview.

The atmosphere was relaxed and I felt well treated during the entire process.
The questions were all behavioral in nature and related to Amazon's leadership principles.
These leadership principles are the center of the entire selection and should be integrated into stories and experiences that are used to answer the questions.

A set of behavioral questions from various employees. High focus on Amazon values and they expect you to be familiar with the company. Amazon warehouses are not glamorous but you should still dress up.
