Interview
First, HR/Recruiter go through your background and experience and assess fit. They then provide some background on the role and areas of focus. A good summary email is provided on the format they are looking for mapping to Amazon leadership principles and in S.T.A.R format. 2) A technical interview is then next of which then you go through a 60 min Q&A ranging from app dev, security, networking, infra, Data. 3) Next up is the 4-5 one hour behavioral interview looking into situations in the S.T.A.R format

Although I didn't pass the interview, I had a positive overall experience. The interview process was well organized, and the instructions were clear and informative. I appreciated the transparency throughout the process, which helped me prepare effectively for the interview.

You do 4 back to back interview in 1 day. It was exhausting. Besides that really appreciated the recruiter giving out interview prep before it takes place. The good thing is there is no coding round.
