once through to the final interview stage - the interviews consisted of two competency based interviews and one case study interview all either in one morning or one afternoon. All interviewers were very nice and weren't trying to catch you out - overall very positive expereince

Competency based questions that related to their values
Online tests included different scenarios that you may encounter during the job. It required you to use different information to analyse and make decisions based on the information provided and then it was a scale based questionnaire to understand your reactions or strengths/weaknesses.

Interview
3 interviews with different people, the final session was a practical, role playing exercise. Asking questions about why I wanted the job and what equipped me for the role I had applied to.
