Very easy. Just ask simple questions. They do drug test but not for thc. Just dont get hurt on the job. Overall its easy as pie. Takes a long time but this was when 2020 was ending.
Online quick and simple, literally took a test and got hired, was quick and simple which more jobs did this hopefully the jobs as good as the interview I guess we’ll see

Interview
Blind process with your picture taken and a drug test that you self administer. You seal it up, drop it off, and you're finished. You then wait until the background check clears. Mine cleared the same day.
