First stage phone interview is based on competency questions.
Second stage in-person interview is four 45 minute sessions with a mix of competency questions and case studies. This is conducted in on day with a 45 minute break between the 2nd and 3rd interviews.
6 or so interviews with different managers in the same section. Focused on general questions and problems to solve. Example of: "Describe a time when you've had to show caution in a work context"
