Many rounds of interviews and written test were taken. They were simultaneouly interviewing many people and then finalized one. It was good interacting with all of them. It was a great learning.

What are the changes you would like to implement if you get this role.
Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand online über Microsoft Teams statt und dauerte etwa 45 Minuten. Zunächst stellte sich die Recruiterin vor und erklärte den Ablauf. Danach hatte ich Gelegenheit, mich selbst und meinen Werdegang kurz zu präsentieren. Im Anschluss folgten mehrere Fragen zu meiner Berufserfahrung, meinen Sprachkenntnissen und meinen Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement. Am Ende konnte ich eigene Fragen stellen.

A.: „Wie würden Sie mit einer schwierigen Situation umgehen, in der ein wichtiger Launch-Termin gefährdet ist, weil ein Lokalisierungspartner nicht rechtzeitig liefert?“

They are very data-driven and it was the hardest question for me, as in localization is very hard to back up your activities with data. I suggest you study how data has supported you before in this topic while studying for your interview
