Phone Interview - On-site Interview
on-site interview consisted of 4-5 interview sessions and each session was 45 minutes
To me there were too many behavioral questions as each interviewer would run through some pre-defined questions from the HR

Elaborate a time when you were not successful and what you learned from it.
The interview consisted for 3 phone screens and 5 on-site consecutive interviews. The initial phone interview was HR based, and last 2 were by employees in the job. The on-site interviews were mainly behavioral based.
