Interview
The interview processes took around 2-3 months, starting from an online aptitude test, interview with user/direct report, interview with recruiter (where we would negotiate our salary and packages), and continued with loop interview process (5x), and the result will be through a call with their recruitment team, where they would be describing the details regarding salary, bonuses, relocation package and processes and so on.

Basically a lot of the interview questions are from the Loop Interview stage, one of them being: "Tell me about a time when you helped one of your team members develop their career. How did you help that team member? What was the result?"

Interview
It was okay, the interviewer gave me direct feedback after each question but they were pretty cold and kinda robotic which in someway makes me feel a little bit not comfortable. I feel like its overall a nice experience.
