I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Dubai) in Jan 2025
Interview
There was an assessment before the interview which was a bit challenging. it asked about job scenarios like replying to emails, prioritizing tasks based on impact, time, etc... That was only the first part of the assessment. Next came the personality questions which sometimes gives you two bad options to choose from. Was not the best experience, but i would say it was an eyeopener.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Frankenthal (Pfalz)) in May 2026
Interview
2 interviews, each 30 minutes, sometimes taken by operations managers, Shift leads or even area managers (Depends on availability), not so hard interview, but this position is best when you have some experience in people handling and also previously worked in warehouse environment. Interview questions follows "Follow up question" method to know more about candidates ability. Sometimes overwhelming to make a desirable story on spot. So its better for the candidates who have experience and worked for longer years.
