3 Main parts to the interviewing day:
1). Group Exercise -
We were put into 2 groups of 6 people each and given a prompt to discuss about within the group, and then present our answer at the end of the given time. It was recommended to show collaboration skills, but also leadership too.
2). Personal Interview -
We were then each put into a call with a recruiter to be asked 3 main competency-related questions (note: not technical), and answer them as well as any other branching questions about the topics brought up, including difficulties faced and what skills were needed to be used.
3). Presentation -
Finally we were given a different recruiter to present to a presentation prepared in advance. After presenting, the recruiter would then ask questions about the topic dicussed in the presentation, including skills learned and its usefulness for your future career.

For the presentation part of the interview, the prompt given in advance to talk about was: "Tell us something new you learned recently".

interactive games online assessment using Arctic shores, then one-way video interview using Willo. Online games included: Codebreaker, Arrow direction game, cog or light bulb game, Pattern maker game, even/rounded ticket game.

Job related assessment, pre-recorded interview, assessment centre. They will send you an assessment and if you pass you’ll go through a pre recorded interview. If you are successful in the interview you will attend a group session where you will have to give a presentation.
