Recruiter reached out to me after applying online to schedule a screening. The screening involved 1 BQ, 1 LeetCode style, and 1 systems design question related to robotics. The interviewer seemed friendly enough. Be sure to focus very strongly on ALPs; it's not what you know, but how you say it that matters...
