I submitted my resume at my university career fair and was called for a face-to-face interview the next day. The interview was fairly informal. It was more of a conversation to evaluate my interests. After about 2 weeks, I got a call for an on-site interview. The onsite interview consisted of 4 parts. The first part was a behavioral interview. The second part was a panel interview and was purely technical. It involved questions about data structures, algorithms, Javascript concepts, multithreading in java and about my resume. The third part was an informal conversation along with the previous IT Adepts. We could ask questions about the job, benefits etc. The last part was a written coding test. The test contained about 4-5 coding questions.
