Interview process for Associate Trainee role at American Chase had 3 rounds. Round 1 was a short screening round focused on basic communication, background, relocation, and role interest. Round 2 was a culture/corporate trainer round that mainly tested communication, confidence, personality, situational handling, critical thinking, and included a short topic-based speaking exercise. Round 3 was a 1-on-1 discussion with senior management/director, focused on communication, confidence, energy, role understanding, situational judgment, client handling, and overall personality fit.

It was very long, had 3-4 rounds in it. But then after 4 rounds they ghosted me and didn't revert back, started ignoring my messages and didn't hire me at the end with 0 Response
