I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at American Express (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2016
Interview
Very extensive interview process, multiple interviews and background check... App interview, Phone interview, also an in-person interview. A friend had a group interview. Friend also had to submit W2's and old check stubs to verify her previous employment, she ultimately got the job. She likes it and said its super easy. Not sure what else to add in here to make the 50 word minimum. They have great benefits and the benefits start on day one. They pay every 2 weeks (to date, no time in the whole). Friend started 03/28/16, got a one week check on Friday 04/01/16. Great bonus potential, family oriented work environment.

Interview
The hiring admin explain the procedure clearly with lots of useful advice. The interview sessions went very well, and all the staff are friendly. Since I have different major in my studies which is not related to my studies at all, one of the interview questions is " Why did you apply for a job that is not related to your major of studies?".
