The first-round interview is the HR screening, lasting about 30 minutes.
The second round interview is the tech interview. Asking for SQL, projects, and other relevant skills, lasting about 60 minutes.

3 rounds of interviews. 1st was with the hiring manager and it had basic behavior questions, some questions about my risk background and knowledge. 2nd was with the manager's college, more in depth questions about risk and how I approach risk, mostly behavioral nothing technical. 3rd and final interview with their boss. Purely a vibe check interview, very light hearted and friendly. More philosophical discussion about why amex,why this job, future plans and motivations.
