I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (London, England)
Interview
There was an online interview and coding test in which we had to record our answers to given questions. Then on the assessment day we had 2 interviews- A technical and a competency based. This was followed by a group activity. Everyone was very friendly and they constantly showered us with refreshments.

Interview
Well structured and quick for typical graduate schemes but HR ignored any request for feedback after interview. Difficult interview with a big technical focus, which was inconsistent across people attending the AC (some grads had very different experiences)

Interview
Stage 1: Application
Stage 2: Codility + Video Interview
Stage 3: Assessment Centre
The assessment centre took place 4 weeks after I applied, so the application process was pretty quick and seemless.

Question 1
They walked through your codility assessment with you. Fairly relaxed interview, all other questions were related to past project experience and behavioural questions.

Interview
I applied online. Then I got a link for a Hackerrank test, for a couple of multiple choice questions and a coding question. I got stuck on the coding question and couldn't complete the test in the given 75 minutes. I didn't make the cut.
