Initial Phone Screen then Phone Interview with District Mgr. Per the recruiters recommendation, requested a connection on LinkedIn- no reply from District Mgr. He basically was a tech guy turned sales manager with clearly no hiring experience based on his stuttering questions and inability to answer simple questions about goals, training etc.

3 different calls with executives and then one in person interview at their North York office. Everything seemed to be reasonable except the in person interview which is hard to do when you’re employed
I had 2 interviews one with two team leaders within the sales team and one with the director of the department. Was relatively straightforward and asked questions around my competency , past experience, ability hit sales targets.

2 interviews and an assessment with some mathematical questions. On the second interview there is a role play call which was a bit difficult to do without having the product knowledge but they were just looking to see phone manner.
