I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Phoenix, AZ) in Sep 2011
Interview
Recruiter called and said they wanted to consdier me for two positions that I had applied for. They set up the phone interviews, both basic screening questions. On site interviews were wtih the hiring manager, situational questions mostly. Recieved a call with a offer and was able to negotiate compensation some and accepted the role. Total process was over about 30 days and much more organized and coordinated than any of the other large companies I was interviewing at in the Phoenix area.

I applied online. I interviewed at American Express (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2023
Interview
Interviewing with American Express was a very smooth experience. The recruiter was nice, she emailed me and connected with me on LinkedIn before we spoke. She was very detailed and explained the role clearly. The compensation package, 401k match, and internal mobility were really attractive.
