Interview
First, you get an HR screen. This is basically to make sure you know the key words of the position and are not a total lackwit. If that passes, you get a panel interview from two or three people plus the hiring manager. Usually this will be someone on your team, your new boss, and some business partners or stakeholders. Once you pass that, you wait and wait and wait and eventually you get an offer letter.
