Had 3 phone interviews before I secured job. First by the recruiter, second by the Contractor Manager at Company. Third with a panel of 2 employees from the company that I would be working closely with. The interview with the 2 employees was the most difficult of the three. They explained the job, asked me about my experience and what I could bring to the job. They asked for my questions about the position. They were very thorough and explained the job thoroughly to me. They had good answers about why they liked working for the company and what the work culture was like.
