Initially there was a resume shortlist, followed by a test and 2 rounds of interview.

Round 2 - Projects + HR
Be thorough with you resume, previous work experiences and projects as Amex would be giving a lot of importance to these stuff.

Case study - A person wants to issue a credit card. What are the steps that need to be taken?
Fueron varias fases, pero no especialmente complicado. Una de las entrevistas fue en inglés, que sí que se requería un nivel más alto, por lo demás fueron entrevistas promedio. Eso sí, las condiciones bastante normales.

Basics in sql, python and tableau. Some questions from case study. Easy to crack. Total 3 rounds of interview. Final round questions were focused on regression like assumptions, related to coefficoents etc
