I had 2 rounds of virtual interviews within a span of 2 or 3 weeks that had both a behavioral section and a technical session. I heard back very quickly after both, probably within a week.

Online coding challenge, followed by an in person day in Brighton focusing on a team coding challenge. Great fun, loads of friendly interviewers and freedom to express your ideas. This way they can cover your coding skills, teamwork and usual behavioural questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Hong Kong) in Mar 2026
Interview
Video Interview, very smooth but the preparation time is very short. Some questions are hard to answer but the limited time force me to answer quickly. There is only one chance for the interview. It can not be stop during the interview period.
Group interview with 5 other people, 30 min for excel in the end. Interview process was very smooth and easy, interviewers were nice. the group interview is the only real selection step after video interview
