I applied online. I interviewed at American Heart Association (San Antonio, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
Very lengthy and detailed interview process. Nearly 3 months from application to decision. Several parts:
1. Phone call with recruiter for screener interview.
2. Online personality assessment and recorded video interview.
3. Phone interview with hiring manager.
4. Zoom interview with a panel of hiring manager and other potential colleagues.
5. Phone discussion about job, request to complete online assessment and provide references.
6. Decision + offer
Overall a very very detailed process, though it was very repetitive and did not seem to generate useful information after a while. Mostly behavioral questions or questions about my previous experience. They were very friendly and responsive to all my questions.
