They extended a soft offer after a week and then rescinded it a month after I heard no follow up due to internal staffing needs. However, I continued to see postings after and did not receive an update on my status after following up.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Institutes for Research
Interview
My interview process consisted of one call with HR and two panel interviews over a 2.5 week period.
After receiving an offer, there was some negotiation room for starting bonus, but no room to negotiate salary or vacation days.

I interviewed at American Institutes for Research (Waltham, MA)
Interview
Took a while to get back to me. Applied once and heard nothing. Applied a!second time - this time adding that I knew a former employee - and got an interview. It was three rounds, average difficulty. If you have a master’s in the social sciences, you should be fine.
