A lovely recruiter reached out for an initial screening interview. I was more than qualified and thought it went well. I was totallly ghosted, not a big deal but I wanted this job and never heard back not even an email saying they moved in another direction.
I expected better from the American Red Cross when you say that you’ll hear something next week even if you moved in a different direction send an email. It only takes a minute and it’s common courtesy.
Easy, was contacted two times by HR to finalize and communications was great. Meeting the hiring manager was also very helpful. The tone was pleasant and next steps were discussed if I should get there
There were four interviews total, one in-person. The communication throughout the process wasn't the best. I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Boston, MA) in Jan 2025
