I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AmpUp in Sep 2023

Interview

After an initial unprofessional interaction with HR, interviews were conducted with the leadership team. Interviews went well, or so I thought. I waited 3 weeks for a call back, only to get asked what my salary expectations were in second unprofessional call with HR and told a follow up call would be scheduled in a few days. Then got ghosted. No explanation. A month wasted.

Interview went well, or so I thought. Ghosted me afterwards. Followed up after 3 weeks and they told me they would have an answer within a couple of days. A month has gone by since then and still nothing. Won't return my emails either. Very poor communication.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AmpUp (New Delhi) in Jan 2023

Interview

First phone call with the founder went well. Second interview not so much. There was some guy in Siberia who didn't introduce himself and not very friendly on the video call at the same time. It seemed he wanted to be intimidating and was very aggressive when he did speak. Completely off-putting.
