I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Wilmington, MA)
Interview
I applied online. The process took a week. I received an email the next day to set up a phone screening interview. In the phone interview the recruiter gave an overview of the job and the company and set up an onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted of four interviews with staff members, a lunch, and a tour of the facility. The onsite interview lasted about 6 hours. Very few technical questions were asked. Most questions were generic job interview questions. The interviews consisted mostly of chatting with the interviewers about the company and the position. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming.
