I’d like to share some observations about the current recruitment process. I received an email at around 12 a.m. (which is very unusual since it is beyond office hours) regarding a technical exam scheduled for 7 a.m. the same day. Unfortunately, the email did not include my name or the position I applied for, which made it feel impersonal and confusing.
After taking the exam, I also received a text message that didn’t mention even the sender’s name, only stating it was from Analog Devices. Compared to past experiences with this company’s HR, the communication seems less professional now. I believe improving clarity, timing, and etiquette in candidate communication would make the recruitment process much more positive and effective.
Great experience with a lot of other potential engineering associate. Had a lot of fun although it did went over time for a bit but still good. Kudos to the team
