comprehensive, had initial call, then interview with head of Dev, then last interview with Tech director. i felt like they really wanted to understand my skill set and abilities and they were very clear on what id need to do and the quality of the work. i liked the guys interviewing me and felt comfortable when meeting the other staff. id recommend meeting some of the team and talking to them, as the noise on this site doesn't match my experience.
