Phone interview by hiring Manager followed by a SQL Test... Onsite had a presentation round (They would love to see some insights... The expectation is to deliver some real insights which they can use...) One of the case was a real project they were working on...I was not interested in solving their real life problem which they might be working on for months in 30 mins... HR was real nice initially and then stopped responding once onsite scheduled...seems like her job was to schedule interview and give no overview whatsoever... No communication since my onsite....
