After a phone-screen and an at-home assessment, I was called in for an in-office interview that involved several different tasks.
With two other interviewees I had to discuss and order items that we would find most useful being stranded after a plane crash; we also had a communication exercise where one person described a picture to someone else who had to draw it; there was a trial customer call; a trial customer email; shadowing a member of the customer support team; and a traditional interview.
After this we were told we would hear from the company by the next week. Although I felt I had performed well, a full two weeks later I received an email to say I hadn't been successful. There was no response to my request for feedback, which was a bit disappointing after completing the full process.
