Interview

The process was pretty much like any other job, I saw the position online and applied for a job at the branch. I got a call from HR asking to do a personal one on one interview with the branch manager. I went, we discussed what the job was like and he asked me questions. Afterwards, I had to wait for the call from HR if I was a good candidate for the job. I got the call about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks later offering the position.

Lots of situational questions. Like how would you handle this? What would your last supervisor say about your work ethic? Once through that process, you wait for HR to extend an offer, pending background and drug test. Also 1 full week of training all done on the Eastside of Madison or the new City View building.
