Pretty standard - application, online testing, one-way interview (did not go further than that stage)
It is kind of disappointing it takes so long to speak to an actual person, but it seems to be quite common

Question 1
Create a new product and strategy based on a sports person or a world leader
Game based assessment followed by multiple interview rounds- HR rounds, guesstimate, case study, group interview. It is difficult to clear all rounds. Game assessment is in hirevue, practice this, it's not very easy with time limits.
Difficult - long form virtual interview spaced out over the day with many questions that are hard to prepare for - focuses on 10 principles for a lot of the questions.
