Interview
Applied via their website by uploading a CV. Then required to undergo a psychometric assessment. The next stage of recruitment if successful was a webcam interview, which, if passed, then led to an invitation to an assessment centre. Assessment centre consists of a group exercise, where you are tasked with deciding which product should be sold given a case study situation. If you are seen to do well in the group exercise i.e exhibit leadership skills, good communication skills, don't talk over others etc, you are asked back in the afternoon for panel inteviews with senior members of staff.
7 or 8 rounds first two or three rounds are online tests (easy), then there is an online selection day with the top 7% applicants during which you have to solve a business case. The business case was not very difficult they just want to see how you collaborate in a team. After the selection day, you have a final interview with two executives.

Question 1
Q: How would you encourage an employee to do their job better?
After a number of online tests and solving a business case in group, I was invited to the final round interview. 4-5 final round applicants were sat across from a couple of individuals from AB InBev's EU upper management whom were interviewing us.

Question 1
In the final round, after a number of different questions, each applicant was asked which applicant they thought performed the worst.
This answer had to be given in group and motivated, based on no more than 5min of hearing each person talk. It was a degrading exercise which, in all honesty, should not be acceptable in any organisation.
Looking back on the experience now, and having heard from friends who have since worked for AB InBev and left, this inappropriate question simply revealed the true company culture.
I dodged a bullet there, and wouldn't recommend anyone applying unless you quickly want to add experience in the sector to your resume.
