1. Cultural Fit test / Logical Reasoning Test
2. Phone Interview (checking english skills)
- basic fit interview questions + brief questions about recent social issues
3. 1:1 case interview
- fictitious business case closely related to beer industry
- basic qualitative/quantitative analytical skills required
- 15 minutes presentation/discussion + 5min brief fit interview
4. 1:1 fit interview
- 40 min, intensive fit interview
- be prepared to go through your whole resume & strength/weaknesses in detail
5. Business Simulation & Local Panel Interview
- teams consist of 4 candidates, each taking different roles
- important to be assertive and collaborate efficiently
6. Final APAC Panel Interview
- 1H30min interview, 5~6 candidates were interviewed by management
- Be prepared to sell yourself aggressively
- Personal, creative insights in beer industry & in-depth understanding of the company required

Interview
Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

Interview
First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
