The interview was conducted virtually through a contract agency. I met with the manager via Zoom and he asked basic questions about my background in task based work. The questions were centered around my ability to work in a metrics-based work environment. I also shared my experience in retail merchandising. This was extremely helpful when creating planograms.

I contacted an outside recruiter who had this open position at AB. I interviewed with AB the same week I applied and spoke with two higher ups. Both were very friendly and conversational. Asked me various questions about my background and my interests. Seemed like they preferred to have someone fit their group/culture rather than just experience. They got back to me with an offer the next day. The whole process was very quick.
